About Emma
Hi! I’m Emma, a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, adjustment, relationship challenges, and everyday life stressors.
My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an approach that explores the emotions and patterns that shape how we understand ourselves and connect with others. I believe our relationships play an important role in our emotional well-being and that meaningful change often begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood.
My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe being vulnerable, exploring their emotions, and developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. I meet clients where they are while helping them recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their relationships, and create more fulfilling connections. Whether you’re adjusting to a new season of life, experiencing grief or emotional distress, struggling within a relationship, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, my goal is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and move toward meaningful change.
I offer therapy in Fayetteville, AR through both in-person and teletherapy sessions.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family, practicing yoga, thrift shopping, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I love finding unique treasures while thrifting, trying new foods and cooking techniques, and finding little ways to slow down and enjoy everyday life. I bring that same curiosity, warmth, and appreciation for the small moments into my work with clients.
