Can you be my coach and therapist?

Current regulations dictate that I cannot ethically be a person’s coach AND therapist.

What style of therapy do you practice?

Having knowledge of multiple approaches allows me to tailor therapy to fit each client. My primary therapeutic method is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This looks at how your beliefs and self-talk interact with your behaviors. I also use Attachment-Based Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Family Systems.

Technology Assisted Counseling (TAC) is another great option for clients who can't visit the office in person. These therapy sessions are provided through a HIPAA-compliant technology website.

How long does each therapy session take?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long; however, these can be shorter or longer depending on the client's needs.

Do you accept insurance or is it cash only?

I accept cash for coaching and therapy services. I also accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Ambetter for therapy services.

Many of my therapy clients would rather avoid a mental health diagnosis (which is required for insurance reimbursement). However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit on your own if you would like to utilize out of network benefits.

Coaching or Therapy: Which is better for you?

Coaching Services (Life, Relationship, Parenting)

  • Not limited by state licensure; you or I can be anywhere in the world when we “meet.”

  • Focuses on the present & future

  • Focuses on wellbeing, relationships, & challenges

  • Confidential (like therapy)

  • If “deeper” work is needed I might recommend clients add a therapist to their support team

  • I do not accept insurance for coaching services. Payment is expected at the time of service via credit card.



  • I am currently licensed to provide therapy services in Arkansas.

  • To elect therapy services, you will need to be physically present in Arkansas at the time of each appointment.

  • I accept therapy clients who are stable, functional, not in crisis (not in danger of harming themselves or others) & who want to improve their mental health. Clients needing more intensive services would not be a good fit for my work at this time.

  • I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Ambetter insurance as well as self-pay clients. Payment is expected at the time of service via credit card.
