About Savannah
Hi, I'm Savannah, and I'm so glad you're here.
Taking the first step toward counseling isn't always easy, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. I believe meaningful change happens through a trusting therapeutic relationship where you can explore your experiences without judgment.
I'm a counseling intern completing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Arkansas. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from Arkansas State University and enjoy working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My counseling approach is grounded in humanistic and Adlerian theories, recognizing that our experiences and relationships shape us while also believing each person has the capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change. Because every client's journey is unique, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, goals, and strengths.
Outside of the counseling room, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cuddling with my fur babies, and being outdoors whenever I can.
I offer in-person counseling sessions in Fayetteville at a free or reduced rate, making quality mental health care more accessible. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
