Individual Therapy

The primary goal of individual therapy is to increase understanding of one's thought and behavior patterns to help increase function and well-being. In therapy, people can learn how to effectively manage stress, interpersonal difficulties and troubling situations.

Family Therapy

The goal of family therapy is to help family members improve communication, solve family problems, understand and handle special family situations (for example, death, serious physical or mental illness, divorce, or child and adolescent issues), and create a better functioning home environment.

 Life coaching can help you gain clarity, set realistic goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and assist you in coming up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. By creating these strategies, you and I will collaboratively target your unique skills and gifts helping you make the most of your strengths. I will provide the support you need to achieve long-lasting change and success.

Types of coaching offered:

  • Life – any aspect or goal that improves quality of life (mental, physical, spiritual, financial, social)

  • Relationship– becoming your best with yourself and others; centered around improving communication skills between couples or family members who are having communication/problem solving difficulties

  • Parenting- beneficial for parents who need support and assistance to increase family functioning and improve communication

  • Divorce- provides support for individuals going through a divorce by helping them navigate the legal process and manage their emotions

  • Career- helpful in navigating the job industry; provides support and guidance for career-related issues such as interview skills, career transitions, job search, team building/morale boosting within organizations, etc.
